Control chemical risks and substitute CMR products
Sofradir is committed to ensuring the safe handling and management of hazardous substances in regard to health and environmental protection. Our major plans are focused on substituting CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic), controlling exposure and managing data concerning hazardous substances.

Prevent risks to musculoskeletal disorders
Functions that could potentially pose a risk to musculoskeletal disorders undergo regular evaluation. Training is organized and preventive actions are implemented. The occupational health service, the CHSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee), lean manufacturing, department heads and the security office are actively involved in this process.
Sustain employment of people with disabilities and senior personnel
The Human Resources Department pilots a project for diversity within the organization. Within the scope of this commitment, the company continues to take measures to improve work conditions and reduce adversities.
