The Sofradir staring snapshot 640x512 Medium Wave (MW) Infrared Mercury Cadmium Telluride (MCT) detector is offered with a digital interface to answer the need for Size Weight and Power (SWAP) reduction for hand-held, fixed ground applications or small UAVs.
Hybridized on a Sofradir state-of-the art CMOS Read-Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC), the MCT array is proposed in a long vacuum-life Dewar and with a Cooler and includes an integrated size optimized proximity electronic board.
Standard configurations
- Integrated Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly (IDDCA) with miniature Stirling-cycle rotary cooler (RM2 or K563) and integrated proximity electronic board, for compact, light and low power configuration.
